About Me

Hi, I’m Vera — and if you’ve ever felt lost in your own business, unsure of who you are, what you offer, or how to show up without fear… I get it.

For a long time, I lived in the land of “maybe I shouldn’t.”

Maybe I shouldn’t pick a niche.
Maybe I shouldn’t define my brand.
Maybe I shouldn’t post online or put myself out there.
Maybe anyone who sees me will think I’m not good enough.

When I first started thinking about building my own business, the fear hit harder than I expected. I wanted to share my work, my voice, my ideas — but the thought of anyone actually noticing me felt terrifying.

So I hid. I stayed faceless. I kept things private. I tried to shrink myself so no one could judge me.

But hiding comes at a cost. It drains your energy, fragments your confidence, and keeps your professional identity blurry. You feel stuck — not because you’re not capable, but because your own self-doubt and lack of clarity quietly shape your decisions, your business, and even your life.

I know what it’s like to second-guess yourself, to shrink from opportunities, to stare at a blank screen while everyone else “just posts online.” I’ve felt the inner critic whispering (and sometimes screaming): “Don’t do it. You’re not ready. People will judge you.”

Here’s the thing I learned: you don’t need to force yourself to be someone you’re not to show up confidently. You don’t need to chase visibility or “fake boldness.”

You can define your identity. You can clarify your niche. You can build unshakeable confidence. And you can show up in your business in a way that feels natural, aligned, and authentic — without burning out or shrinking back.

That’s why I created the SMASH IT Method™ — to help coaches, healers, and wellness professionals move from self-doubt and hesitation to clarity, confidence, and visibility that actually attracts the right clients.

Because showing up isn’t about risking everything. It’s about choosing yourself, your voice, and your impact — and finally feeling free to be fully seen.

My Background

Alongside my coaching, I’ve worked with young people navigating anxiety and other mental health challenges — helping them face fear, self-doubt, and overwhelming thoughts that make everyday life feel heavy.

That work gave me a deep understanding of how fear and self-criticism quietly shape our choices and hold us back — and how compassionate, structured guidance can help someone finally start moving forward.

I bring that same approach to women coaches, healers, and holistic practitioners who want to clarify their professional identity, define their niche, overcome self-doubt, and show up confidently in their business and life.

Recently, I’ve begun training as a Trainee Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, deepening my understanding of how the mind, nervous system, and emotions interact. Combined with my experience as a Certified Life Coach, this gives me even more tools to help women move past fear, silence their inner critic, and step fully into their visibility and authority.

Why This Work Matters to Me

This work isn’t just professional — it’s personal.

For years, I struggled with who I was as a coach. I knew I wanted to help people, but every time I tried to define my niche or explain what I offered, my mind went blank. I’d ask myself: Am I too broad? Am I too niche? Who am I really helping?

I felt stuck between wanting to create something meaningful and not knowing how to shape it. My self-doubt whispered that maybe I wasn’t “enough” yet — not clear enough, not skilled enough, not defined enough.

And so I froze. I retreated into facelessness, hiding behind uncertainty instead of stepping into clarity.

I’ve lived that tension between wanting to share my work and not trusting my own identity or value. I’ve felt the frustration of having ideas and passion but no clear framework for turning them into a business that felt truly mine.

Over time, I realized that the real barrier wasn’t external — it was internal. It was about understanding who I am as a professional, defining my niche with confidence, and trusting that the value I bring is unique and needed.

That realization changed everything. Slowly, step by step, I learned to:

  • Clarify my identity as a coach, understanding exactly who I help and how.

  • Define my niche in a way that felt authentic, not forced.

  • Trust my instincts and expertise, even when the inner critic screamed otherwise.

  • Take aligned action that felt natural, not performative, because I knew who I was and what I stood for.

I still practice this every day. I still face moments of self-doubt. But each time I reconnect with my identity and step forward from that clarity, I feel stronger, more confident, and grounded.

And every time I guide another woman coach, healer, or holistic practitioner through the same process — helping her clarify her professional identity, define her niche, and move past self-doubt — I see her confidence and clarity multiply.

That’s why I do this work: because identity isn’t just the foundation of your business — it’s the key to feeling truly confident, capable, and unstoppable.
